Complaints Policy

Here at Bristol Van Removals we pride ourselves on doing a great job. However we realise sometimes for whatever reason customers may not be 100% satisfied. To make sure we are able to put right what may have gone wrong, please read our complaints procedure below so we can respond. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything we can to put it right. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The business has access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service for our domestic installation, service, repair and maintenance contracts as part of the Which? Trusted Traders Endorsement. If you choose to you can refer your complaint to Which? Trusted Traders’ Alternative Dispute Resolution. You will need to contact Which? Trusted Traders on 02922 670 040 who can explain if you are eligible to use their Alternative Dispute Resolution.
