Here at Bristol Van Removals we pride ourselves on doing a great job. However we realise sometimes for whatever reason customers may not be 100% satisfied. To make sure we are able to put right what may have gone wrong, please read our complaints procedure below so we can respond. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything we can to put it right. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint.  As a Which trusted trader we can use their Ombusdsman for dispute resolution.
